Molly Qerim appeared on ESPN’s First Take this week and managed to garner a major reaction from just about everyone watching.

Not only did viewers at home have a lot to say about her choice of outfit, but so did her co-hosts.

Qerim is definitely no stranger to making headlines. Between her see-through dress and wild bathing suit photos, she has been in the news cycle nonstop over the past few weeks. And this week proved to be no exception.

Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe are obviously not two individuals who ever bite their tongue about anything, but they seemed especially taken aback by Qerim’s choice of outfit to Monday’s program.

Sharpe even wondered if she was dressing up the way she was for a man:

Fans reacted immediately.

“Shannon was one gear away from being shifted out of a job,” one person wrote.

“When you can’t keep yourself from complimenting but you also know HR watching,” another fan agreed.

“Molly went straight home to and recorded it in her lawsuit diary right along with Dan Orlovksy sniffin her shoe in case ESPN ever fire her,” a third person noted.

Qerim took the high road and suggested that Smith and Sharpe were paying her compliments based on their reactions.

Will any of her outfits for the rest of the week rise to the level of notoriety as Monday’s choice? Time will tell.
