‘Modern Family’ alum Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, 16, looks all grown up at prom in corset dress
“Modern Family” fans might want to brace themselves for this one.
Over the weekend, Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, who played Lily Tucker-Pritchett on the hit TV show shared photos and videos of herself attending her high school prom on Instagram this weekend.
Decked out in a black corset dress, the young actress, 16, looked all grown up in the glamorous floor-length design, and chose to wear her shoulder-length hair down, showcasing her bangs.
Anderson-Emmons, who has garnered quite the following on TikTok, also shared a playful clip to her Instagram, showing the transformation from a casual shorts and T-shirt outfit to her prom-ready look.
“prom with @phoenix.reed99 <https://cdn.thefoxposts.com/vimedia/2024/06/04/cda1193440ab0cced9c076875c6d3753.webp,” she captioned the clip, which featured audio from the https://cdn.thefoxposts.com/vimedia/2024/06/04/cda1193440ab0cced9c076875c6d3753.webp3 movie “Cat in the Hat.” The video ended with Anderson-Emmons and her date striking a pose outside before heading to the event.
“our baby is going TO PROM???” one shocked fan wrote, while another referenced her character’s parent, played by Eric Stonestreet. “Cam is somewhere bawling his eyes out😭😂”
One popular comment called for a whole new show starring a older Lily.
“So truly do I need a college Lily spin-off,” they said.
The teen, who is set to turn 17 on June 6, also posted multiple pictures with her friends, as well as some solo shots of her gown — which, it turns out, she’s worn before.
Last month, Anderson-Emmons sported the same stunning look at the Genesis Motor America x Gold Gala. She attended the event, which took place at The Music Center in Los Angeles, with her real-life mom, actress and comedian Amy Anderson.
Anderson-Emmons has also kept in close contact with a handful of her “Modern Family” castmates.
Aside from reuniting with Jesse Tyler Ferguson for a funny Reel shared on May 25, Anderson-Emmons revealed that the actor, who played one her dad’s on the show, and Julie Bowen, who played her aunt, attended her school play together back in March.
“Faves came to watch my school play<https://cdn.thefoxposts.com/vimedia/2024/06/04/cda1193440ab0cced9c076875c6d3753.webp,” she captioned the sweet post.
All hope may not be lost for an on-air reunion, either; some stars of the hit Fox show have recently shared photos seemingly from set of the sitcom, which ended in 2020, sparking rumors of a reboot that sent fans into a fury.
