Arizona Diamondbacks -1.5 over New York Mets (+170)

The Diamondbacks have struggled with consistency lately during a very important time of the season. Despite that, they are tied for the 3rd wild card spot in the NL. The Diamondbacks have been solid and took 3 out of 4 from a scorching-hot Cubs team in Wrigley to enter this series. They then won the opener of this series, but the Mets have taken the last 2. Arizona needs a win to continue to keep pace in the wild card. They are the better team and will come out with plenty of urgency.

Thursday’s starting pitching matchup is a good one with Merrill Kelly starting for the Diamondbacks and Kodai Senga starting for the Mets. As well as Senga has pitched lately, he has not factored in a win in 3 very solid starts because the Mets either don’t produce or the bullpen 7 does not get the job done. Kelly has pitched very well and has a more consistent supporting cast than is on the Mets. Look for the Diamondbacks to push hard for a big win.

Texas Rangers ML over Toronto Blue Jays & Over 8.5 (+340)

The Rangers have dominated the first 3 Games of this 4-Game series by a combined score of 26-3. Texas has bullied Toronto and the Blue Jays have not had an answer.
