What an exciting weekend of baseball we had. An action-packed 2 days was capped off with the Tigers and Yankees playing in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in front of the teams competing in the Little League World Series as Detroit pulled the upset. There is plenty more action tonight, and I have crafted a 3-leg MLB parlay that pays out at more than 10/1 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s dive in, but make sure you also see our MLB picks for today’s big games.

Orioles ML (+120)

Royals -1.5 (+105)

Dodgers -1.5 (+150)

MLB parlay odds: +1027

Baltimore Orioles ML over New York Mets (+120)

Baltimore isn’t used to being the underdog. In fact, the Orioles have been the underdogs in just 21 of their 125 Games. That means when the O’s have a plus sign next to their money line price, it’s worth a look. Monday night will begin a 3-Game series between the Orioles and Mets in Queens, and the O’s will start the set by sending Trevor Rogers to the mound. Baltimore gave up a few highly regarded prospects for the left-hander who was supposed to round out a solid Orioles rotation. Admittedly, Rogers’ time with the Orioles has gotten off to a rocky start. However, the good news is that Rogers has seen the Mets plenty of times since he was a part of the NL East when he was with the Marlins. Plenty of New York hitters have struggled to hit the lefty in their careers, and that was on display just a few weeks ago when Rogers threw 4.2 innings and allowed just 1 run with 5 strikeouts against the Mets. Plus, the Orioles lineup is facing David Peterson who owns a 5.31 xERA, 11% walk rate and .274 xBA in 13 starts this season.

Kansas City Royals -1.5 over Los Angeles Angels (+105)

The Royals lineup has been on a tear recently. Kansas City recorded an incredible 41 hits and 28 runs in their last 3-Game series against the Reds. The team Travels back home to take on Carson Fulmer, a reliever turned starter who is 0-1 with a 6.23 ERA in 3 starts this month. Fulmer was a key member of the Angels bullpen before being promoted to the starting rotation since injuries were starting to pile up. And after a strong start, Fulmer’s struggles have set in. He’s allowed a .283 batting average and .279 xBA along with a 55% hard-hit rate in 3 starts this month. Fulmer has also allowed 3 home runs to go with 4 walks in those outings, so his control is starting to become an issue. As for his counterpart, Seth Lugo has had a fantastic first season for the Royals. Although he has struggled since the break, one of the best outings of his season came against the Angels. He completed 8.0 innings and allowed just 1 run and 5 hits with 12 strikeouts against Los Angeles in May. With Lugo on the mound and the Royals lineup hitting the cover off the ball, the run line is the choice.

Los Angeles Dodgers -1.5 over Seattle Mariners (+150)

The Mariners boast one of the best pitching staffs in baseball. Between Logan Gilbert, Bryce Miller, George Kirby, Luis Castillo and Bryan Woo, the M’s have built a very talented rotation. It will be Woo’s turn in the rotation tonight against the Dodgers and his 2.06 ERA is in danger of being ruined. The Dodgers just got Mookie Betts back in the lineup, which means the top half of the Los Angeles lineup is back to full Health. Plus, Shohei Ohtani is one of two Dodgers that has faced Woo in his career, and the 2-way sensation is 2-for-3 with a home run. So between Betts, Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Teoscar Hernandez and Will Smith, Woo is going to have a difficult time keeping runners off the bases. His counterpart will be Gavin Stone, a young right-hander that has been impressive in his second season in the big leagues. Stone is coming off an excellent outing against the Brewers as he surrendered just 1 run and 3 hits to go with 6 strikeouts in 5.0 innings. I’m not expecting too much run support by the Seattle lineup, so back the Dodgers for a big win in the series opener.
