MLB Mega Parlay Picks for Sunday at +1104 odds | Pickswise

The week in Major League Baseball comes to a close with a 12-Game slate on Sunday. Why only 12? Well, 3 got moved to Saturday as part of double-headers due to Hurricane Hilary barreling toward California. That’s right; there is a hurricane in California. You can’t make this stuff up, folks. Anyway, the baseball schedule gets underway on Peacock with Houston hosting Seattle and the nightcap – the ESPN Sunday Night Game of the Week – sends Philadelphia to Washington.

Below is my mega parlay for Sunday, and also be sure to check out all of our MLB picks.

Pirates ML (+124)

Blue Jays -1.5 (+140)

Mets ML (+124)

MLB parlay odds: +1104

For this parlay we are going with 2 underdogs on the money line and 1 favorite on the run line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Pirates ML over Twins (+124)

When Dallas Keuchel is pitching and you can get the opponent as a considerable underdog, it’s an opportunity that pretty much has to be taken. Keuchel just latched on with the Twins at the beginning of this month and early returns are predictably disastrous. The 35-year-old is 0-1 with a 9.45 ERA and 2.70 WHIP through 2 appearances. Pittsburgh starter Osvaldo Bido is nothing special, but he probably won’t have to be to beat Keuchel. The Pirates rolled 7-4 on Saturday and I will back them to win again.

Blue Jays -1.5 over Reds (+140)

Like Keuchel, Hyun Jin Ryu also began his 2023 campaign at the start of this month. Much unlike Keuchel, Ryu is off and running with flying colors for Toronto. The 36-year-old has allowed only 2 runs on 2 hits across his last 2 starts, spanning 9.0 innings. That has dropped his ERA to 2.59. Cincinnati is countering with Hunter Greene, who is in solid form but has lost his last 3 starts at home. It wouldn’t come as any surprise if he loses to Ryu on Sunday afternoon. The Blue Jays won Saturday’s contest 4-3 and I like them to keep that momentum going into the series finale.

Mets ML over Cardinals (+124)

The pitching matchup doesn’t exactly favor New York with Carlos Carrasco on the mound, but it shouldn’t matter. The Mets have been so good of late and the Cardinals have been so bad that the pitchers may not even be a factor. It’s too little, too late for the Mets, of course – they have long since been out of the postseason race. Nonetheless, they are playing well. They have won 4 in a row and 6 of their last 8 overall and will go for a 4-Game sweep of the Cardinals on Sunday. Meanwhile, St. Louis has dropped 4 straight and is now saddled with a laughable 54-70 record. During this 4-Game skid the Cardinals have lost by a combined score of 32-5. They are just hopeless.
