Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have received a court-ordered closet schedule after the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum called the police on her estranged husband amid their contentious divorce.

The motion, obtained by Page Six, dictates that Zolciak can enter the master bedroom walk-in closet “Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.” During those hours, Biermann “shall not access or enter” the space.

The legal document also dictates that neither the reality star, 46, nor the retired football player, 38, may “sell, consign, dispose of, trade or otherwise encumber any item” of marital property.

Zolciak also has the right to access her “personal effects” but cannot “sell, trade, dispose of or remove them” from the former couple’s Georgia mansion, which is currently on the market.

The May 17th order came just weeks after an emotional Zolciak called 911 claiming Biermann had stolen her phone and locked himself in the primary bedroom.

“He’s going through my entire phone,” she told dispatchers in a recording from April 26, obtained by Page Six. “He’s locked himself in the room going through all of my stuff.”

At the time, the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums had in place a court order that divided their mansion to prevent them from interacting within the walls of their home.

The October 2023 order, obtained by Page Six at the time, stated that neither could enter the other person’s awarded space without permission and also commanded both Zolciak and Biermann to “behave civilly” toward each other, especially in front of their four minor children.

The pair obtained the division of property after the former “Housewife” called local police and claimed she felt “unsafe” under the same roof as the former Atlanta Falcons player, who had barricaded himself in their bedroom.

Zolciak and Biermann have been battling it out in court ever since he filed for divorce for the second time last August.

Biermann has claimed in court filings that Zolciak acted “abusively” in front of their children, while she has denied any wrongdoing and countersued for full custody of their kids, stating in court documents that she is a “loving, fit and proper parent.”

Their divorce is ongoing.
