Kasper Schmeichel Takes to Instagram After Latest Denmark Getaway
Celtic goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has taken to Instagram following yet another few appearances for Denmark over the latest international break.
The veteran number one started for his country in Nations League A against both Spain and Switzerland.
His nation lost 1-0 away to the European champions before playing out a 2-2 draw on the road in St. Gallen.
Despite a strong individual performance against the Spaniards, Schmeichel was at fault for the Game’s only goal. After the match, though, he classily owned up.
The 37-year-old then shipped two on Tuesday evening, but the Danes secured a valuable point in their quest to make it to the next stage of the Nations League.
After registering his 108th and 109th caps, the stopper took to Instagram, hailing his team’s character and looking ahead to next month’s matches versus Spain and Serbia:

Schmeichel will now return to Celtic ahead of a gruelling fixture schedule over the next few weeks.
The Hoops will look to progress across three different comPetitions during the next block of Games. They start on Saturday in the Scottish Premiership with a table-topping clash against a high-flying Aberdeen team.
The Dons come to Glasgow’s east end having won every Game they’ve played this campaign to date. Brendan Rodgers’ men will look to burst their bubble.
