Jeanie Buss Seems To Hint She Hooked Up With Magic Johnson In New Video

Jeanie Buss is the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers. With that comes a fair share of positives and negatives.

On the positive side of things, she is the face of an organization that has been synonymous with her family for four decades. She also personally guided the Lakers to a championship in 2020.

That’s the good.

The negative side of Buss’ position is that she is often a lightning rod for negative headlines. Between the inappropriate hug debacle at a Lakers Game last season, the brouhaha over her accusing an NBA owner of groping her, and the Michael Jordan vs Kobe Bryant handsomeness tweets that folks felt some type of way about, it has been one thing after another with her.

This week Buss found herself trending for something of an unfortunate reason.

During a recent interview on Matt Barnes’ podcast, Buss recalled meeting Magic Johnson when they were both still teenagers. Based on the way she told the story, many felt like she was admitting to the pair hooking up.

The theory gained so much prevalence that even Boston Celtics legend, Kevin Garnett, seemed to agree with it:

While something may or may not have happened with Buss and Johnson back in the day, neither side has confirmed or denied anything either way.

And until that changes, this is all just speculation by fans.

Nevertheless, Buss has been a lightning rod for this sort of attention for a long time. And it is hard to see that changing any time soon.
