Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink to Join Celtic Legends for Charity Match v Borussia Dortmund
Celtic Park is set to host a Legends match on Sunday, May 26, featuring Celtic greats against their Borussia Dortmund counterparts.
This charity event will be held the day after the Scottish Cup final, potentially featuring Celtic, should they triumph over Aberdeen in the semi-final.
Leading the Celtic Legends will be none other than Scott Brown, with the team managed by Paul Lambert. Assisting Lambert from the dugout will be Tom Boyd and Jonathan Gould. The match will see a reunion of Celtic heroes including Emilio Izaguirre, Charlie Mulgrew, Joe Ledley, and Gary Hooper.
Adding to the illustrious roster is Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, another revered name confirmed to participate. Vennegoor of Hesselink, known for his pivotal goals and strong presence during his playing days at Celtic, will join a lineup brimming with former fan favourites.
