Fuji Rock Festival 2024: Updated Stage Lineups and More Details

A major update for music lovers is here as Japan’s historic Fuji Rock Festival officially returns this year from July 26-28 at Naeba Ski Resort and an updated lineup for it has been released. Headliners for the three-day celebration of music include SZA, Kraftwerk, and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds respectively.

Every year, Fuji Rock introduces a mix of local and international talent, and this year sees a brand new curation exploring numerous genres and niches. New additions include six-piece group created to “make people everywhere dance everyday”, Lucky Kilimanjaro on July 26 and KEN ISHII, known as the techno god of the East, for July 28th.

Fuji Rock Festival 2024 performances

Stages include Gypsy Avalon, THE PALACE OF WONDER, Naeba Shokudo, PYRAMID GARDEN, DAY DREAMING, and GAN-BAN SQUARE. Gypsy Avalon, in particular, will be powered by biodiesel and soft energies such as solar, meanwhile, the CRYSTAL PALACE, dubbed the world’s most beautiful Travelling tent will be stationed at the festival’s entrance and accessible without a ticket. Other highlights include PALACE ARENA which will feature thrilling acts from SAKURA CIRCUS!

The OASIS area, located in the festival’s largest hospitality section, will feature artists including THE FOREVER YOUNG, Kataomoi, Ruka, one of the best drummers in Japan, Junji Ikehata, surprise guest performances, yoga sessions, and more. Other experiences include a candle art installation in the PYRAMID GARDEN stage, and rides on Japan’s longest gondola, the “Dragondola”, to the top of the mountain where performances will be held by DIGITALBLOCK DJS, Mari Sakurai, TREKKIE TRAX CREW and more.
