The second round of Games at Euro 2024 comes to a close on Saturday, June 22, with 3 more hot matchups to look forward to. Up first, we have Georgia taking on Czech Republic at 9:00 am ET on FUBO before Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal go head to head with Turkey at 12:00 pm ET on FOX. That matchup is immediately followed by Belgium vs Romania at 3:00 pm ET, which will also air live on FOX. We have expert soccer predictions for EVERY Euro 2024 and Copa America Game throughout both tournaments, but for now, let’s dive into our Euro 2024 best bets for Saturday, June 22.
Turkey vs Portugal best bet: Portugal ML (-180)
Portugal should prevail when they take on Turkey in a crucial Euro 2024 Group F clash in Dortmund on Saturday. Roberto Martinez’s team was given a scare by the Czech Republic in their opener and required a late goal from substitute Francisco Conceicao to claim all 3 points. They dominated the Game and deserved the win on the balance of play, but the performance raised some questions about their prospects of going on to win the tournament.
Portugal will likely be posed a very different problem to the one they encountered against the Czechs, who played 5 defenders across the back and refused to open the Game up. Attack may be Turkey’s best form of defense as they have kept only 4 clean sheets in their last 19 Games and shipped 3 goals against Luxembourg, 2 against Latvia, 4 against Japan and 6 against Austria over the last 2 years. The Portuguese playmakers will thrive in the spaces that Turkey’s team tends to allow and Portugal should be able to secure the victory as a result.

Belgium vs Romania best bet: Belgium -1.5 (+135)
Belgium can restate their Euro 2024-winning credentials with an emphatic win over Romania in Group E on Saturday. The Red Devils’ 1-0 defeat to Slovakia on Monday was the least fair result of the tournament so far according to expected goals, which calculated Belgium’s quality of chances created to be around three times that of their opponents. Domenico Tedesco’s team had 16 unsuccessful shots in the Game and conceded the only goal which only came about from a poor pass from Belgium midfielder Jeremy Doku into his own penalty area. Romania did secure an emphatic 3-0 win over Ukraine in their first Game but that result flattered them after Ukraine dominated the first half but missed a host of chances. Expect Belgium to bounce back comfortably from that loss to Slovakia and to make a statement here.
