Elon Musk says Trump's Twitter account will be reinstated
Elon Musk announced Saturday night that he will be reinstating the Twitter account of former President Donald Trump.
“The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated. Vox Populi, Vox Dei,” Musk tweeted.
Musk had posted a 24-hour poll on Friday to poll users on if the former president should be reinstated. Trump’s account was suspended on the social media platform in January 2021 following the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.
