Talented Seattle running back Kenneth Walker III has certainly been a key contributor to the Seahawks offense in 2024. Let’s review Walker III’s relevant player data to better shed light on my previous statement.

In the five games that Kenneth Walker III has played for the Seattle Seahawks in the 2024 NFL regular season, Walker III has compiled 303 rushing yards, six rushing touchdowns, 23 receptions, 160 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown.

More recently, in the Detroit Lions 42-29 victory over the Seattle Seahawks four weeks ago, Seattle running back Kenneth Walker III tallied 80 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns, four receptions, and 36 receiving yards.

Looking closer at the data just presented, in the Lions win over the Seattle Seahawks just mentioned, Walker III accumulated a whopping 33.6 Draftkings points.

I definitely like Kenneth Walker III from a general matchup perspective. Why? The Buffalo Bills have had issues containing opposing running backs this season. Let me be more specific. Through seven games played in the 2024 NFL regular season, the Buffalo Bills are ranked a rather low 31st in total Draftkings points allowed a game (30.3) to opposing running backs. Keep in mind that the NFL has 32 teams in the entire league. Having stated that, being ranked 30th in any defensive category is clearly not good.

In summary, I think Kenneth Walker III is the most likely player to post the most Draftkings points in this game. For that specific reason, I am backing Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III at the captain position for this one game Draftkings NFL Showdown contest.

In the seven games that wide receiver Tyler Lockett has played for the Seattle Seahawks in the 2024 NFL regular season, Seattle starting quarterback Geno Smith has targeted Lockett a robust 46 times. In those 36 targets just noted, Robinson compiled 30 receptions, 384 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown.

I fully expect Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett to continue his outstanding play versus a vulnerable Buffalo Bills secondary on Sunday afternoon.
