Sam Burns also checks the box for me when it comes to previous event/course History. Since 2018, Burns has played the Valspar Championship five times. In those five tournaments just mentioned, Burns has accumulated four top 12 finishes, including two wins (2022, 2023).

Doug Ghim $8,400

Doug Ghim arrives at this week’s PGA Tour event on the heels of five consecutive top 16 finishes, including an eighth-place result at the 2024 Mexico Open at Vidanta four weeks ago.
