Compass announced the sale of 158 Governor Street on the East Side of Providence for $2,050,000. Kira Greene, of Compass Providence, represented the seller in this transaction.

The Harold T. Merriman House, c. 1907, is a Gothic-style Victorian located in the prominent Power-Cooke Historic District, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The home, according to Compass was “Impeccably updated & renovated… seamlessly blend[ing] modern living conveniences with timeless historic elegance”.
