Frances Tiafoe and Alexei Popyrin are coming off massive wins on Friday at the U.S. Open. They will now battle each other on Sunday for a place in the quarterfinals of the Tennis season’s fourth and final major. Alexander Zverev, Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Gauff are also taking the court.

Frances Tiafoe ML over Alexei Popyrin (+104) 

Tiafoe will benefit from home-court advantage on Sunday. In New York and during a night session, it could be a really significant advantage. The Flushing Meadows faithful absolutely loves Tiafoe and they will be behind him now more than ever since – in a suddenly wide-open section of the draw – he has every chance to make a seriously deep run at this Grand Slam. The world #20 has turned his once disappointing season around over the past couple of months and a 5-set win over compatriot Ben Shelton on Friday was particularly impressive. Popyrin, of course, is also supremely confident after upsetting Novak Djokovic in the third round. However, it’s never easy to follow up such a monumental result like that one with more success just 2 days later. Tiafoe has great value as a small underdog.

Andrey Rublev ML over Grigor Dimitrov (-110) 

Rublev leads the head-to-head series 4-3 after most recently getting the best of Dimitrov last fall in Shanghai. The 26-year-old also won their only previous U.S. Open meeting in straight sets, and that was back in 2017 – when he was only 19. Although it’s a comPetitive matchup, it’s a good one for Rublev. The world #6 also has a History of success at this stage of major tournaments. He has been to the quarterfinals 10 times, so his fourth-round record is sparkling. For now it’s no matter that he is 0-10 lifetime once he reaches the quarters; he can worry about that later. Coming off an impressive straight-set beatdown of Jiril Lehecka, Rublev should be able to keep the train rolling

Emma Navarro +3.5 games over Coco Gauff (-108) 

All the pressure is on Gauff in this intriguing all-American matchup on Sunday afternoon. The world #3 is a sizable favorite, plus she is the defending champion of this prestigious event. Additionally, Gauff just lost to Navarro at Wimbledon and it wasn’t particularly close (6-4, 6-3, also in the fourth round). Although Gauff has played pretty well so far at this U.S. Open, overall this summer has been a complete disaster for her. The 20-year-old’s serve has gone completely off the rails. Meanwhile, Navarro has played incredible Tennis basically from start to finish this season. I actually have the underdog winning this one outright.
