I’ll stay with the Red Sox. The line’s a little too thick to mess with, though. Bello has been okay but not great over his last three starts. In that trio he’s got 10 earned runs combined over 17.1 innings. Bello is 2-0 in that trio. As for Nastrini, he’s gone 0-3 over his last three starts with 15 earned runs in 12.1 total frames. We could have a fairly high-scoring Laundry Series matchup here if neither guy is on.

In Friday’s Game the Red Sox didn’t have the greatest offensive evening. Connor Wong was the only player with multiple hits (two) and no one had an RBI. The pitching was pretty rough across the board as well. Boston is going to need a good bounce-back effort Saturday.
