Boston currently leads the series 2-0 and another victory here would give Dallas a mountain to climb that very few would expect them to pull off. While you can find out our NBA picks on the side and total for Game 3 as well as every matchup in the NBA Finals, we are going to dive into our best Celtics vs Mavericks Same Game Parlay picks.

Dallas Mavericks -1.5 over Boston Celtics (-114)

The Dallas Mavericks have nowhere left to hide. A loss tonight and they could face an unsurmountable hole. The positive sign for them is that they were much more competitive in Game 2, winning 2 of the 4 quarters, and 4 of the last 6 in the series overall. That positive momentum should be boosted with the team returning to their home court.

Jaylen Brown has been an offensive leader for the Celtics, shooting above 50% from the field in both efforts. However, throughout the season he has seen his efficiency fall when playing on the road, from 52.4% shooting to 47.7%. Considering that Jayson Tatum is struggling to score the ball himself, shooting just 31.6% in the series so far, the Celtics offense could stutter. I expect the Mavericks, backed by a fierce Dallas crowd, to take full advantage of this.

Luka Doncic to record 10+ rebounds (-115)

Luka Doncic has long been one of the best rebounding guards in the NBA, and he has shown it in the NBA Finals. He has hit double-digit boards in each of the first 2 games and should be favored to do so once more in Game 3. The Celtics do not have a dominant rebounder on the floor.

Better yet, they are shooting a high volume of three-pointers. They average more attempts from beyond the arc than any other postseason team, at 39.9. Considering they had 39 and 42 attempts in the opening 2 games respectively, do not expect that to change in this matchup. It should help create long rebounding opportunities for Doncic to chase down and collect. The Mavericks superstar has been the clear rebounding leader for his squad and all signs point to that continuing here.

Jayson Tatum over 6.5 assists (+116)

While his scoring troubles continued in Game 2, Tatum had a very successful night sharing the ball, recording 12 assists. I would not be surprised to see him reduce his field-goal attempts in Game 3 and take on a playmaking role once more, especially with the shooters the Celtics can put around him. He has now recorded at least 7 assists in 3 of his last 4 Games. The Mavericks should continue pressuring him to give up the ball too. The last thing they need is for Tatum to rediscover his scoring touch.

It also helps that the Mavericks have keen shot blockers in the paint in Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively II. If Tatum finds himself driving at the rim, the presence of these big men should encourage him to kick the ball out rather than forcing up a shot. Considering his recent playmaking exploits, this seems like a good value addition to our Celtics vs Mavericks Same Game Parlay.
