Celtic’s Benjamin Siegrist Spotted Dining with Hollywood Star Rebel Wilson

In a surprising crossover between Scottish football and Hollywood, Celtic backup goalkeeper Benjamin Siegrist was seen enjoying a meal with actress Rebel Wilson at a popular Edinburgh restaurant.

Wilson, known for her comedic roles and vibrant personality, is currently in the city for her special event, “A Night with Rebel Wilson,” as she promotes her book.

Siegrist, the Swiss-born goalkeeper who has spent much of his Celtic tenure as an understudy to Joe Hart, found himself in the company of Wilson, sparking curiosity. Sources suggest the connection between Siegrist and Wilson is attributed to Siegrist’s partner, Brittany Hockley, who reportedly has ties with the Hollywood actress. The dinner plans were apparently meant to include Hockley, but she got delayed on a flight.

Siegrist’s career at Celtic has been somewhat underwhelming with limited first-team appearances. Initially signed as a potential first-choice under former manager Ange Postecoglou, Siegrist has since fallen to third choice under the leadership of Brendan Rodgers.
