Clemson has played three Games so far, and all three have been sizable victories. The Tigers’ opener was a pretty routine 91-64 blowout victory over Charleston Southern. Game two was another blowout win, this time 88-62 over St. Francis PA.

Over on the Boise State side, they kicked off the year with a blowout win as well, demolishing Oakland 87-43. Game two against San Francisco was the Broncos’ first loss however, as they would eventually fall 84-73.

The Broncos were able to get back into the win column on Tuesday in their most recent appearance. Boise State had a 50-29 lead on Corban after the first half, then scored another 50 points in a 100-65 win. Javan Buchanan posted a team-high 16 points in 17 minutes of work.

I’ll lean toward the Tigers. Clemson has a trio of double-digit wins so far this year, but this will likely be their trickiest matchup. In the Charleston Southern Game, the Tigers shot a nice 45.9 percent from the field with a 41-32 rebounding edge. That said, Clemson was a spotty 12-of-19 (63.2 percent) from the line and had 13 turnovers.

As for Boise State, they’ve scored quite well so far this year: 73 or more points in all three Games and a combined 187 points in their two wins. The Broncos gave up 84 points in their loss to San Francisco however, and with a capable scoring team like Clemson I don’t think Boise State will be able to keep the pace cover-wise.
