Conservative political commentator Sean Hannity recently relocated from New York to Florida, dubbed the “free state.” Consequently, he’s decided to put his longtime residence in Centre Island, Long Island, up for sale on Feb for $13.75 million. The waterfront estate, nestled alongside Oyster Bay, is sold for just under $12.7 million, marking a significant increase from the $4.2 million Hannity paid for it in 2008. The property, spanning approximately 6 acres, boasts a New England-style home with seven en-suite bedrooms and nine bathrooms across nearly 11,000 square feet of living space.
