Anthony Edwards Names 1 Thing He Does Better Than Michael Jordan

Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves have been the hottest team in the NBA for most of the year.

While many tried to discredit their regular season run, the Wolves have successfully silenced all critics with the way they have performed throughout the playoffs.

Currently, Minnesota holds a 2-0 series lead over the defending champion Denver Nuggets, all the while heading back to their homecourt for Games 3 and 4.

Because of how tremendously he has led his team this year, Anthony Edwards has received a lot of top-tier comparisons. One in particular stands above the rest: Michael Jordan.

A lot of people genuinely believe that Edwards’ game is similar to that of the NBA’s all-time great.

This week, Edwards addressed that sort of chatter and pointed out the one thing he does better than Jordan: shoot the three ball.

“I want people to be like: this Anthony Edwards kid he got his own style,” he said.

Anthony Edwards wants to be talked about as “the first Anthony Edwards — not the next Michael Jordan.”

“He maybe got a mix of Michael Jordan in him… but I got a trey ball. That makes me a little different than Michael Jordan.”

Either way, Edwards is arguably the best basketball player in the league right now.

Will he be able to lead the Timberwolves into the Western Conference Finals? One way or another, an answer will emerge over the next week and change.
