Dionne Yvette Farris (born December 4, 1968) is an American, singer, songwriter, producer and actress. Born and raised in New Jersey, she started singing in elementary faculty and comPeted in pageants as a teen. She rose to fame within the early Nineteen Nineties because the vocalist on hip hop group Arrested Improvement (1992) hit singles “Tennessee” & “Individuals On a regular basis”.
