After Three Decade This Popular Restaurant Will Close It Doors

It seems like everyday we hear about another restaurant closing in the Hudson Valley. We have had a few new places open but it seems some favorite standards are announcing their last days in Business.

The latest restaurant to announce it will be closing its door is a favorite with main people on the north side of Poughkeepsie. If you are looking for good Mexican and fresh ingredients Mole Mole had both for lunch and dinner.

Last week Mole Mole shared on Facebook that they will be closing their restaurant on North Road in Poughkeepsie. They made the announcement through social media.

In the Facebook post from October 28th which received many comments from loyal customers, they shared that they were sad to close but it was time.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of Mole Mole. This has been a very difficult and emotional decision and we are sad to say goodbye, after 27 years in Business, we will close our doors on Thursday, October 31. (via Mole Mole Facebook)

The good news for fans of the Mole Mole menu and team is that they have told everyone they plan to have their food truck out in 2025. Hopefully, that means that people who enjoyed going to the restaurant will get to still enjoy Mole's food and support this great restaurant as it heads into a new chapter.
