He was cleared from concussion protocol on Friday and will start against Arizona.

What will Tua‘s return mean for Miami’s offense?

With Tua Tagovailoa’s expected return, the Miami Dolphins and coach McDaniel will seek to rejuvenate their struggling offense. Tyreek Hill stated that he is confident the unit will regain its spark, as they rank among the NFL’s least explosive teams without him.

The Dolphins sit 30th or lower in key categories like passing yards and plays gaining 20 or more yards, revealing exposures, especially on the offensive line, where depth issues have been challenging.

Dolphins defense decapitated with injuries

Miami’s front seven will also need to contain Murray on the ground, limiting his scrambling ability to control Arizona’s offense.

This matchup will be crucial for Miami, especially with their defensive line hindered by injuries. Zach Sieler (DT) and Kader Kohou (CB) are both out, while Storm Duck (CB), who did not participate in the Friday practice because of his ankle injury, will also be highly doubtful for the Game against the Cardinals.

The other nine players on the Dolphins' injury list mostly fully participated in Friday’s practice, except for Calais Campbell (DT) and Terron Armstead (OT), who were rested due to the team’s load management protocol.
