Homer, the hairless dog, love changed life

Bali is another of the countries whose streets are home to thousands of dogs and other Pets rejected by humans . And despite the fact that there are many shelters and clinics dedicated to preserving their lives, they cannot cope.

This sweet hairless dog was found by a Good Samaritan identified by the name of Aaron .

In addition to its alopecia, the animal had several tumor wounds on its body.

Immediately, Aaron got down to Business and began to work his rescue. He positioned himself in front of the dog on the side of the road. The docile animal allowed himself to be hugged by his savior and can now live a happy life in his new home.

He went from being a sad, lonely and hairless little boy to becoming the fluffiest and most cuddly puppy in the world. All this, thanks to the nobility of this good man who took pity on his situation.

What’s more, thanks to Aaron’s noble gesture of humanity, the sweet dog learned to trust people and to love again . He even beat a terrible disease that afflicted him and now he is a happy and fluffy furry.

After Homer’s rescue, Aaron, who is followed by thousands of users on the Instagram platform and other websites, published the story.

He said he felt very sorry for the indolence shown by most of the people .

“No one stopped. I’m so sorry. I don’t like having to post it, it breaks my heart, but it’s the reality here in Bali… If you’re scrupulous, don’t read any further, but I promise you this will end as well as it can,” Aaron said.

According to our animal rescuer, he saw the hairless dog while driving down the street. He simply remained sitting on the side of the road, and his look denoted a deep loneliness and sadness.

Aaron was the only passerby to have enough awareness to stop his march and help the most vulnerable. He was worried that the dog would be run over at any moment.

As Aaron also recalled, he asked for the help of some locals , specifically some workers at a tire shop. Together they began to urge the animal to get away from the road.

“He was hungry, dehydrated and obviously in a lot of pain. I thought initially I just had a skin problem. However, when I got closer I saw he had these tumors, which looked like they had burst,” the man described.

And, in truth, it was noticeable that Homer suffered a lot . It is not known for sure how someone was able to allow the innocent to reach such a lamentable state of Health.

It’s amazing how much change a little help can make.

Aaron tried to persuade him to come to him with food, but at first, of course, the dog was very scared. Although he did not show a negative attitude. Finally, exhausted and hungry, Homer let himself go .

For the rescue, Aarón had the additional collaboration of the staff of the BAWA rescue center. The hairless dog received immediate veterinary treatment and Aaron paid all the medical expenses.

He remained under the care of Sunset Vet, by far the best place for Homer to be. The vets discovered that he had cancer and was in dire need of chemotherapy .

But, Homer did not give up and showed that he was a fighting giant, but also the owner of a sweet, loving and gentle personality. After three months, the cancer disappeared.

Now Homer has a completely happy life and can even enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Homer began to grow back all his fluffy white fur . After his full recovery, the dog was adopted by a good friend of Aaron’s who goes out of his way to pamper him and love him as he deserves. He was happy again.
