Watch: Brendan Rodgers’ Lighhearted Exchange With Neil Lennon
Brendan Rodgers was in great spirits after Celtic’s thrilling 6-5 penalty shootout victory over Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup semi-final.
Despite the pressure, Rodgers appeared upbeat and pleased with his team’s performance, as they secured their place in the final.
With former Celtic manager and player Neil Lennon a part of Premier Sports’ coverage, they both joked about the toll the Game had taken on Rodgers and his players.

Rodgers spoke well after the Game, and despite questions from some, this season has shown he has the heart and determination to weather storms.
This afternoon was yet another example of his Celtic team battling against the odds after being 1-0 down in the game after just two minutes.
The Irishman’s commitment to Celtic long-term was also questioned, but after many twists and turns this year, he has shown that he is here to stay, despite what some would have you believe after his previous departure.
