A former US intelligence officer has claimed that the country is in possession of numerous non-human "vehicles" that have been recovered from crash sites.

In an interview with The Brief, the officer, David Charles Grusch, presented classified documents to Congress and the intelligence community about the secret programs, which were being illegally kept from US lawmakers.

“We are not talking about prosaic origins or identities,” Grusch said in reference to the exotic materials and objects detailed in his report to the Congress. “The material includes intact and partially intact vehicles.”

Grusch served as the National Reconnaissance Office's representative to the US Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force from 2019 - 2021. He also worked at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) up until July 2022, where he co-led UAP analysis, where he was representative to the task force, All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).

The former officer explained that some of the materials taken from the crash sites were “of exotic origin”, and featured “unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures”. The materials were allegedly reverse-engineered in order to “garner asymmetric national defense advantages” for the United States over its adversaries.

Department of Defense, spokesperson Sue Gough stated in a response to this report, “To date, AARO has not discovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently. AARO is committed to following the data and its investigation wherever it leads.

“AARO, working with the Office of the General Counsel and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, has established a safe and secure process for individuals to come forward with information to aid AARO in its congressionally-mandated historical review. AARO’s historical review of records and testimonies is ongoing and due to Congress by June 2024. AARO welcomes the opportunity to speak with any former or current government employee or contractor who believes they have information relevant to the historical review.”

Jonathan Grey, a serving member of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center to The Debrief, in support of Grusch’s claims, said that “The non-human intelligence phenomenon is real. We are not alone. Retrievals of this kind are not limited to the United States. This is a global phenomenon, and yet a global solution continues to elude us.”

Grusch emphasized his point that “We are definitely not alone, absolutely the data points empirically that we are not alone." He said that secretive elements behind the recovery programs had engineered a "sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the US populous" in order to keep a lid on the activities.

The former officer says he never saw any craft or materials of non-human origin firsthand, and his entire claim is based on second-hand information, allegedly collected from multiple senior inside sources.
