'Still in pain, but I'm fine': Bollywood actor Hina Khan continues to battle cancer with resilience

Renowned Indian television actress Hina Khan, who is battling stage three breast cancer, has revealed she is constantly in pain, despite not showing it publicly.

According to Indian media, Hina Khan, currently fighting stage three breast cancer, recently shared a new video on Instagram, disclosing that she has started shooting for her new projects post-chemotherapy.

While fans and fellow actors praised her courage in the comments, some users trolled the Indian actress.

In response to the trolling, Hina Khan posted a message on her official Instagram story. "Constant pain, yes constant. Every second of my life passes in pain, yet I smile," she stated.

She added, "Just because I don't show it, doesn't mean I'm not in pain. I don't display my pain and simply say I'm fine."

It’s noteworthy that Hina Khan had announced on June 28 through her Instagram post that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Hina Khan has already begun her treatment and has cut her hair as part of the initial phase.

The actress has already undergone surgery and has started her chemotherapy treatment. Despite the seriousness of her condition, Khan has expressed her resolve to fight the disease and has asked her fans to pray for her recovery.
