Toronto Blue Jays Recap
The Toronto Blue Jays come into this Game looking to bounce back after starting the series on the wrong foot with a 2-1 loss at the hands of the Mariners in Friday’s series opener. The loss put the Jays at risk of back-to-back series losses after their series loss to the Astros to start the week.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. leads the Blue Jays with 99 hits including 18 doubles, 13 home runs and 50 RBIs along with a .293 batting average and a .369 OBP. Daulton Varsho’s chipped in 11 home runs and 36 RBIs in addition to 15 doubles. Davis Schneider has 15 doubles while George Springer has a team-high 9 stolen bases. Varsho also has a team-high 82 strikeouts and 8 stolen bases as well this season.

Seattle Mariners Recap
The Seattle Mariners will look to keep their momentum going after their win over the Blue Jays in Friday’s opener, putting themselves in a decent spot to snap their lengthy series losing streak, which includes series losses to the Orioles, Twins and Rays over the last two weeks.
Mariners Trying To Stay Atop AL West
Julio Rodriguez leads the Mariners with 87 hits including a .247 batting average and also has 7 doubles. Cal Raleigh has a team-high 15 home runs along with 51 RBIs and 106 strikeouts. Mitch Haniger also has 7 home runs and 31 RBIs while Rodriguez has a team-high 18 stolen bases and 101 strikeouts as well this season. - The Blue Jays have lost nine of their last 10 games against AL West opponents that held a winning record.

- The Mariners have covered the run line in seven of their last eight day games against American League opponents that held a losing record.
Seattle Mariners vs Toronto Blue Jays Prediction
I’m leaning towards Toronto here. Rodriguez hasn’t been great on the road, but he had a solid start against Houston last time out, it was just Toronto’s lack of offense that came back to bite them and while that could be a concern here as well, I trust him against Seattle’s offense that hasn’t been able to do much against righties as of late. Toronto’s a better team than what we’ve seen from them as of late and I think they get to Hancock here so I’ll back Toronto.
