The engines are still rolling this season for car shows in the Hudson Valley. I have uncovered three more you don't want to miss. Bring your car to the show or just come out to see the cars and have fun.

August 4th, 2024 - Don't miss The Emerson Resort & Spa Car Show to benefit the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society. (Rain date will be August 11th, 2024.) Come out to The Emerson Resort & Spa 5340 Route 28 in Mt. Tremper for a day of Music, Food Trophies, Goodie Bags, and of course cars.

The show is from 9 AM to 2 PM. Preregistration is by July 21, 2024. The fee is $12 in advance and $15 the day of the show. The public is welcome for free but a donation to the Humane Society is appreciated. To register your car for the Car Show, contact: Perry Orshan at 201-638-2270, E-mail [email protected]

August 4th, 2024 - Whortlekill Rod & Gun Club Car & Bike Show with Military Vehicles and Fire Trucks. Registration starts at 9 AM gates open to the public at 11 AM: food, beverages, 75 trophies, and music by DJ Bobby Bounce.

Cars and motorcycles have a $10 entry fee, spectator fee is $5 with kids under 16 being free. This show will be held at the Whortlekill Rod & Gun Club at 540 Route 376 in Hopewell Junction, New York. The rain date is August 11, 2024.

Car Show in Brewster, New York

August 10th, 2024 - The 1st Annual Car Show with the Sheet Metal Workers Local 38. The show will be held from 10 AM to 4 PM at 38 Starr Ridge Road in Brewster, New York. There will be food trucks, raffles, awards, music, and a Local 38 Facility Tour.

Car registration is $20. All makes, models, and years are welcome.  There is free general admission. Contact Joe Esposito for more information at 845-490-9483. All proceeds benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Car Show in Dutchess County

Also August 10th, 2024 - The Annual Cars for Cathy Car Show. It has a rain date of August 11th but hopefully, the rain will hold off. This car show will be held at the Red Rooster Sports Pub at 82 South Cross Raod in Staatsburg from 11 AM to 3 PM.

It is a $15 per car donation and all the proceeds will be going to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Cathy Martinez. The first 50 cars get Dash Plaques, there will be trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. There will also be food and beverages for purchase. Get details by calling Mike at (914) 388-4085
