Real Estate in RI: Bristol condo sells for $2.7M, with Lila Delman Compass
Lila Delman Compass announced the sale of 345 Thames Street, Unit 409N in Bristol’s Stone Harbour complex for $2,700,000. Alyce Wright, Sales Associate of Lila Delman Compass’ Newport Office, represented the Seller and facilitated for the buyer in this transaction.
According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction represents the highest price ever per square foot in the Stone Harbour condo complex. This record breaks the earlier highest sale price per square foot record Alyce set earlier this year with another Stone Harbour sale.
This luxury condo offers unobstructed, expansive, south and west facing water views over Narragansett
Bay, extending all the way to the Newport Bridge. Renovated by renowned luxury builder Dave Butera,
this residence boasts a nautical-inspired design, featuring a barreled paneled ceiling entry, coffered
ceilings in the open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen.
“The stunning water views from the prime southwest corner of the building combined with the exquisite
millwork and multitude of upgrades,” commented Alyce Wright, “make this a truly extraordinary waterfront condo residence”.
With the closing of this most recent sale, Alyce has assisted 43 Buyers and Sellers in the Stone
Harbour complex. Since 2023, Alyce has participated in 5 of the 6 sales at Stone Harbour.
