Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is one of the best in the game at getting to his spot on the court and delivering. He can back his defenders down in the post or isolate and break them down on his way to the paint. He attempted 24 shots from the field in Game 2 but just six free throws – a much softer whistle than we saw in Game 1, where he attempted 13.

Alexander is getting whatever he wants from the floor. His skyrocketing usage rate will continue on Saturday as another 20+ field goal attempts will be attempted, and hopefully, a closer Game than what we saw in Game 2. His 33 minutes and Thunder’s long rotation is something that is not sustainable. I expect much more of Alexander in the biggest Game of the season.

Jayson Tatum, BOS, Under 5.5 assists (-138)

We were hooked on Jayson Tatum under 5.5 assists in Game 2. After a 1st half where Tatum played 21 minutes and dished out four assists, he finished with just 6. This price of -138 has barely moved from the last game even after going over – all signs pointing to running this play back.

The Cavaliers are more than happy to let Tatum beat them. He’s shot 14 for 36 from the field through 2 games while struggling in isolation. The Cavaliers must take Derrick White out of the game from three-point range. His seven makes in Game 1 were mainly off the catch-and-shoot, which the Cavaliers did an excellent job of in Game 2.

Tatum is waiting on that monster-scoring game. If the Cavaliers continue to let go 1 on 1, that bodes well for us on his under assists prop.
