Denver Nuggets -6 Point Spread (-114)

Russell Westbrook Over 0.5 Made Threes (-200)

Nikola Jokic Over 12.5 Rebounds (-130)

Same Game Parlay odds: +389

Denver Nuggets -6 Point Spread (-114)

The James Harden experiment is off to a rough start. LA has lost all 4 games since the Beard joined the team, and people are already starting to question whether or not it was the right move to make. The team’s offense has simply collapsed in the 4 games, so much that in 3 of them they scored 101 or less points. Even the Memphis Grizzlies beat them as 8.5 point underdogs at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, drastic moves will have to be made in order for this to work. The game against the defending champions Nuggets couldn’t come at a worse time. Denver is a perfect 6-0 SU at home and looking to bounce back following a 3-point road loss in Houston. The Nuggets rank 5th in offensive rating and 6th in defensive rating, putting the league on notice that last season’s run wasn’t a fluke. Head-to-head meetings haven’t been close lately – Denver is 9-1 SU in the last 10 played, while also covering the spread in 7 of those. I’ll be taking Nikola Jokic and co. to cover here.

Russell Westbrook Over 0.5 Made Threes (-200)

Westbrook was playing some of his best basketball in the opening 5 Games of the season for the Clippers, but everything came to a drastic stop when Harden was acquired. Russ’s efficiency numbers are down across the board, but he still keeps delivering at least 1 three-pointer a night. So far in November he’s cleared this line in all but 1 of his 5 Games played, while taking 3.8 attempts per Game. Denver has slipped a little bit in terms of defending the perimeter. In their last 3 Games they’re allowing teams to shoot 35.1% from downtown, up from the 32.5% they normally allow. Westbrook’s numbers in the last 7 meetings with the Nuggets are really solid. He’s at 19.6 points per Game, while also clearing this line a total of 5 times. I think despite the poor play of the team lately, he will still be able to cash on at least 1 shot from downtown here.

Nikola Jokic Over 12.5 Rebounds (-130)

Nikola Jokic has had a field day against the Clippers in the last 8 meetings averaging 14.1 rebounds per Game. He’s cleared this line all but once in those 8 Games, in the Game he failed to do so he played only 24 minutes. The Clippers have struggled with depth at the center position all season long as Mason Plumlee is out with an MCL sprain, leaving Ivica Zubac as their only real option at that position. Although he is a really solid player on both ends, he is no match for the 2-time MVP. There will be plenty of missed shots by the Clippers here leading to rebounding opportunities. LA is yet to shoot 50% as a team since Harden joined and teams are averaging 52 boards vs them in their last 3 Games. Jokic has had 21, 13, 14, 16 and 14 rebounds in his last 5 Games.
