NBA Draftkings Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineups – 5/10/24

There are only two NBA Games taking place on Friday but there is still enough value to build solid NBA DraftKings daily fantasy basketball lineups. Let’s take a look at some players that you should be considering when you are building your lineup.

Point Guard

T.J. McConnell ($4800)

I hope the Indiana Pacers learned their lesson about keeping TJ McConnell on the bench in the last Game. He was the only person who could slow down Jalen Brunson a little bit, and he’s going to get a ton of playing time in this Game because of that. In the last Game McConnell played 23 minutes and put up 33.5 fantasy points. He’s going to crush value here, and put up at least 33.5 fantasy points here. 

Shooting Guard

Anthony Edwards ($9300)

Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards is going to put on a show here on Friday night against the Denver Nuggets. The Wolves didn’t need as much production out of him in the last Game but he still put up 42.5 fantasy points. In the previous two Games he put up at least 63.25 fantasy points and he’s going to do at least that here. Edwards is going to crush the value, even at $9300. 

Nickeil Alexander-Walker ($4000)

Nickeil Alexander-Walker has been a little inconsistent with his offensive production, but he’s a perfect option for your GPP. in the last game he put up 14 points, six rebounds, three blocks, and one assist for 30.5 fantasy points. He will get plenty of playing time because of his defense, and he has a good chance to crush value.

Small Forward

Josh Hart ($7700)

Josh Hart has been Mr. Due It All for the Knicks and he’s going to hit over value, even at a price tag of $7700. In the last game against the Pacers, Hart finished with 19 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, one block, and one steal. In each of his last three games he has finished with 46 fantasy points. Hart is going to have another huge game here, and crush the value. 

Power Forward

Precious Achiuwa ($4100) 

OG Anunoby is out for the New York Knicks because of a hamstring injury and that is opening up minutes for power forward Precious Achiuwa. In the last Game he played 28 minutes and finished with 14.25 fantasy points. The Knicks are going to need more scoring production here, and he’s going to deliver. He should be closer to $6000 or $6500 based on the production he’s going to put up here. 

Center

Obi Toppin ($4600)

Obi Toppin has been overlooked and although he might not be the sexiest play, he has been pretty solid at reaching value. In the last game, he played 20 minutes and put up 28.25 fantasy points. Toppin might not put up 40 points, but he’s going to put up close to 30 fantasy points, enough to help anchor your team.
