NBA Draftkings Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineups – 4/19/2024

It’s a light slate of NBA Games on Friday, with only two Games taking place, but there is still value in these NBA DraftKings daily fantasy basketball lineups. Let’s take a look at some players you should be considering when building your lineup. 

Point Guard 

Jose Alvardo ($4200)

New Orleans Pelicans Jose Alvardo is going to be a popular pick, but he’s almost a must-play in all lineups. In the last game against the Los Angeles Lakers, Alvardo finished with 23.5 DraftKings points in 25 minutes. Alvardo is going to get plenty of playing time here, and he will finish closer to the 30 Draftkings points here. 

Shooting Guard 

Keon Ellis ($5000)

Keon Ellis is going to have another solid Game for the Sacramento Kings here. Ellis has had at least 27 fantasy points in each of his last three Games, and in the last Game against the Golden State Warriors, Ellis had 39.5 fantasy points, and he’s going to have a big Game here. Ellis played 39 minutes, and he’s going to have a huge Game here. Ellis is going to have a huge fantasy day. 

Alex Caruso ($5800)

Alex Caruso is questionable with an ankle injury, but if he is healthy, he makes a lot of sense at this price. In three of the last four games, Caruso has finished with at least 31 fantasy points. It is a risky play and should be used in GPP’s, but it could be the difference in you winning your contest. 

Small Forward 

Jaime Jaquez Jr ($5200)

Jaime Jaquez Jr should move into the starting lineup here for the Miami Heat with Jimmy Butler out, and that is going to be mean a lot more chances for scoring. In 22 minutes in the last game, he finished with 15 points, and he’s going to have an even bigger game here. There is a good chance he finishes with at least 35 points, which is a steal considering you’re getting him at only $5200. 

Power Forward

Caleb Martin ($5400)

Caleb Martin started in Tuesday’s Game against the Atlanta Hawks, and I would expect he’s going to be in the starting lineup again in this Game. Caleb Martin only finished with 12.8 points, but with Butler out, I would expect he’s going to have an even bigger impact in this Game. Butler is more of a GPP play, but makes a ton of sense. 

Center

Domantas Sabonis ($9500)

Without Zion Williamson, Domantas Sabonis is going to have a huge Game here. He hasn’t been as dominant the last few Games, but the Kings are going to attack down low here. This is a Game that Sabonis is going to finish close to 70 fantasy points, and he should be the centerpiece of your builds for Friday. 

Jonas Valanciunas ($4900)

Jonas Valanciunas is going to put on a show here without Williamson. He is going to take a bunch of the minutes without Williamson, and Valanciunas is going to have a huge game. In the last game where he played over 30 minutes, he finished with 32.5 fantasy points. Valanciunas is going to have a sold game here.
