The Washington Nationals come into this one looking to complete the sweep after taking out the Brewers on Saturday by a final score of 6-5. The win gave the Nationals the series victory in the end, to bounce back from series losses to the Mets and Cardinals over the last week.

Milwaukee Brewers Recap

The Milwaukee Brewers will try to salvage something from this series after falling flat in the first two Games of the series, including falling apart in Saturday’s matchup. The loss confirmed the series loss for the Brew Crew, giving Milwaukee three straight series losses going into the all-star break after losing out to the Pirates and Dodgers over the last week and a half.

Milwaukee Brewers vs Washington Nationals Prediction

I’m on the Nationals here. The Nationals have just been that team that finds a way to get the job done in the first two Games of the series and I think it’s off that Irvin is an underdog here. I know Rea has solid numbers on the surface, but we’ve started to see signs of regression for Rea like in his last start when he got hit hard by the Pirates. I think the Nationals have great value and I like them to complete the sweep here.

Chris Ruffolo's Free Pick: Washington +135
