macOS Sonoma is now available as free software update
Apple has finally made its macOS Sonoma available as a free software update.
With the new update, Mac now has an interesting set of features to make it more fun to use. These exciting features in the update include high-resolution screensavers, an updated login screen, interactive widgets, video conferencing improvements, Safari profiles for work and personal use, web apps in the Dock, predictive text, and a Game Mode for better gaming performance and lower latency with AirPods and wireless controllers.

To download and install the new update, go to System Settings > General > Software Update.
The new update supports MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac mini models from 2018 and newer, iMac and Mac Pro devices from 2019 and later, the Mac Studio from 2022 onward and the 2017 iMac Pro.
