Lily Collins and Taylor Lautner (2010)

Circling back to the start, Lily’s first-ever high-profile romance was with the Twilight werewolf Taylor Lautner. According to Us Weekly, the duo came together while filming Abduction in 2010, with Lautner revealing how they hit it off right away. The whirlwind romance came to an end one week before the action film’s red-carPet premiere and after-party in September that year. A source told the publication that, “It was a clean break that Taylor initiated.”

Lily Collins and Zac Efron (2012)

The High School Musical and Baywatch hottie dated Lily Collins in what’s reported to be a ‘casual fling’, in 2012. Us Weekly reported that they dated briefly for about three months, with sources mentioning, “They were never serious, though; it was just a casual thing, and it fizzled.” Another source mentioned how Zac wasn’t serious about Lily and never spoke about her to friends.
