Nicolas Kuhn’s standout performance in Celtic’s emphatic 4-0 victory over Kilmarnock not only showcased the quality that caught the Hoops’ scouts’ attention but also gave him the opportunity to have a dance with his teammates.

Following his goal, Kuhn, along with Matt O’Riley and Kyogo, performed a choreographed dance, which he later explained was orchestrated by his Japanese teaMMAte.

Kuhn shared that the dance was pre-planned, inspired by some Japanese music they listened to in the dressing room before the Game. Kyogo, bringing a piece of his culture into the team, suggested the dance as a celebration if one of them scored.

Kuhn explained to RecordSport: “One of us had to score to do the celebration. We knew before what we wanted to do. We listened to some Japanese music in the dressing room, and then Kyogo came up with the dance. We said we’re going to do the dance. So I’m happy that I scored.”

It was a great standout performance from Kuhn, but it was like that all around. Every Celtic player that started put in a great showing. Hopefully, it’s more of the same to follow over the course of this season.

I suppose you could say we were watching a Brendan team.
