Kourtney Kardashian celebrates ‘adjusting’ postpartum body in bikini, slams ‘pressure’ to bounce back

Kourtney Kardashian has the perfect postpartum message.

The reality star reposted beach pics in a bikini via Instagram Stories Sunday and advised fellow moms to “be kind” to their changing bodies.

“Your body is beautiful at all stages,” the Poosh creator, 44, wrote. “During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find hardest as our bodies are still adjusting.”

She went on to write that “breastfeeding … is a whole other part of it,” adding, “I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal.

“The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic,” the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum continued.

She concluded, “Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too). XOXO.”

The four-time mom’s pep talk comes five months after she and husband Travis Barker welcomed their son, Rocky.

Kardashian is also the mother of son Mason, 14, daughter Penelope, 11, and son Reign, 9, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.

Barker, for his part, shares son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He also remains close with his former stepdaughter, Atiana.

The Blink-182 member, 48, and Kardashian waited one month to share photos of their son and have yet to reveal his face.

Since the little one’s arrival, Kardashian has posted tips for “getting dressed postpartum while breastfeeding” with her Instagram followers.

“anything super fast to throw on=less time away from my baby the better,” she wrote on her Story in Mach while rocking an “oversized coat and flat shoes.”

Additionally, Kardashian gushed over “leggings, sweats, anything baggy and comfortable aka husband’s vintage t shirts and dickies.”

She is currently on “spring break” with Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian in Turks and Caicos, with her sisters making headlines for matching snakeskin bikinis over the weekend.

In her own swimming snaps, Kourtney hilariously poked fun at Kim’s infamous 2011 diamond earring meltdown in the caption.
