Film director and producer Karan Johar, known for his recent string of box-office hits, is making headlines for a different reason this time.

After his appearance on Netflix's Kapil Sharma Show, the audience noted his significant weight loss, leading to online speculation that the filMMAker had used the weight loss drug Ozempic.

Amidst these rumours, Johar took to social media to address the speculation. Sharing a screenshot on X (formerly Twitter), the director clarified his transformation was the result of a Healthy Lifestyle.

The tweet he responded to said: “Maheep [Kapoor] rightly called out people for using Ozempic for fast weight loss and driving it out of stock for people with diabetes.

Hope she calls out Karan Johar too, the producer of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives.”

Johar, in his Instagram story, reacted, “Being Healthy and eating well and reinventing the wheel of your own nutrition! Aur Ozempic ko mile credit (And the credit goes to Ozempic)?”
