Gisele Bündchen refuses to discuss ‘private’ Joaquim Valente romance in Robin Roberts interview

Gisele Bündchen refused to discuss her “private” romance with Joaquim Valente in her new interview with Robin Roberts on Thursday.

During the 30-minute Hulu special titled, “IMPACT x Nightline: Gisele Bündchen: Climbing the Mountain,” Roberts told viewers that the supermodel, 43, did not want to comment directly on the dating rumors with her jiu-jitsu trainer, stating that Bündchen “wants to keep her personal life private.”

However, when the “Good Morning America” anchor. 63, asked Bündchen — who shares kids Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with ex-husband Tom Brady — if she would be “able to open up her heart again to someone,” she flashed a big smile while revealing that she still believes in love.

“Right now, really my priority is my kids and creating this beautiful sanctuary for my family, but then yes, why not?” she shared. 

“Life is full of surprises. I don’t have a crystal ball that says what will happen tomorrow, but yes.”

Page Six broke the news last month that Bündchen and Valente were a couple when a source saw them kissing on Valentine’s Day in their Miami neighborhood.

The mom of two previously shut down rumors that she and her trainer were more than friends.

An insider told People that Bündchen and Valente did not begin dating until June 2023 — eight months after Brady, 46, and the Brazilian beauty finalized their divorce.

However, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback reportedly wasn’t buying her timeline.

“If she wants to have people think she has been dating Joaquim only since June, so be it, but they have been together longer and they aren’t taking it slow. Tom has accepted it,” a source told Daily Mail last month.

The insider also told the outlet that Brady has no issues with Valente and will try to keep things amicable for the sake of his three children. (Brady is also dad to son Jack, 16, with ex Bridget Moynahan.)

Despite Bündchen’s new romance, she still gets emotional when she talks about her failed marriage to the retired NFL star.

Elsewhere in her interview with Roberts, the former Victoria’s Secret model choked up when she was asked how she was doing.

“Sorry, guys. I don’t know. Can I have a little moment?” she said to the camera crew while blocking her face with her hand.
