Fantasy Football top scorers by position: NFL 2024 Week 2

NFL Week 2 was full of surprises, from the Cowboys’ blowout loss to the Saints, the Ravens suffering their second-straight loss, and the Falcons coming back to beat the Eagles on Monday Night Football. Several players have come out as boom or busts since the start of the season, with many booms belonging to the New Orleans Saints. Running back Alvin Kamara had a blockbuster performance with four touchdowns and quarterback Derek Carr is starting to look like he may be the real deal after all.

Let’s take a look at the top scorers by position from Week 2 in NFL Fantasy Football.

Fantasy Week 2 top scorers - Quarterbacks

Arizona Cardinals Kyler Murray was the leader in fantasy points for quarterbacks this week with 28.54. In their 41-10 win over the Los Angeles Rams, Murray threw for 266 yards and three touchdowns and added 59 rushing yards.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara was the leader by far with 44 fantasy points. In their brutal 44-19 win over the Dallas Cowboys, Kamara racked up 180 total scriMMAge yards and four touchdowns - three rushing and one through the air.

Cardinals Marvin Harrison Jr. led all wide receivers in total fantasy points with 29. Harrison was on the receiving end of Murray’s quarterback work in their win over the Rams. He finished the Game with four receptions for 130 yards and two touchdowns.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle led the way in Week 2 with 20.6 fantasy points. Despite the Niners’ loss to the Minnesota Vikings, Kittle looked good, racking up 76 yards on seven catches and one touchdown.

Commanders kicker Austin Seibert led the way with 21 fantasy points in Week 2. Seibert won the game against the NFC East rivals Giants with his seven field goals. Washington didn’t score a single touchdown in the game.
