Cowboys QB Dak Prescott and girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos welcome their first baby: ‘The biggest blessing’

Dak Prescott is a dad!

The Dallas Cowboys player announced Friday that he welcomed his first baby with girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos on Feb. 22, a girl named Margaret Jane Rose Prescott.

“MJ Rose, Being your parents is the biggest blessing life has to offer and we are so fortunate that you are ours!” the couple captioned the post.

“Welcome into this world, baby girl, you will always be loved and protected! We are so IN LOVE with you ♥️ Love, Mom & Dad 🙏.”

In the post, the pair shared a carousel of pictures of the sweet newborn and a moment from Ramos’ delivery.

Ramos, 29, debuted her baby bump in a black-and-white maternity shoot in November 2023.

“A little bit of Heaven sent down to Earth 🤍,” the wine specialist captioned the Instagram reveal at the time. “Our immeasurable blessing.

“I cannot wait to raise a strong, confident, beautiful baby girl with you @_4dak.”

While Prescott did not make an appearance in the social media upload, the 30-year-old reposted the pictures to his Story.

“Girl Dad Incoming!” the “beyond blessed” quarterback wrote.

The athlete also left a touching comment, writing, “How thankful I am to do this with you can’t be explained! God makes no mistakes and nothing is coincidental and for that, I thank Him Daily! ❤️ I love you, and y’all can always count on me ♥️🙏🏽 Let’s do this Mama 😍.”

Prescott similarly praised the pregnant star when she celebrated her baby shower the following month.

“Thats mine 😍!!!” he commented on Ramos’ December 2023 slideshow. “So thankful my girls were celebrated the right way.”

The then-expectant star wore a pink dress to the party and hinted at their upcoming arrival’s name with “MJ” decor.

Although it is unclear when Prescott and Ramos began dating, the duo made things Instagram official one week before sharing their pregnancy news.

The NFL star was last in a relationship with Natalie Buffet from 2020 to 2022 before briefly being linked to Louisana State University swimmer Jadyn Jannasch.

In August 2023, Prescott cryptically said in a WFAA interview that his love life was “pending.”
