Charlotte Tilbury is speeding into the Sports world.

The beauty brand, known for cult favorite products like the Hollywood Flawless Filter and Beauty Highlighter Wand, announced a new partnership with the all-female F1 Academy Friday.

The deal marks Charlotte Tilbury’s first foray into the world of motorsport, and the first time a beauty brand has sponsored the Formula 1 junior series, which will see 15 young female drivers compete at seven races across three continents this year.

“We are standing proudly behind the incredible young women making waves in the fast-paced world of Formula 1,” Charlotte Tilbury said Friday.

“Motorsport has a huge female following, and the drivers of F1 Academy are already increasing
representation and diversity in the sport,” she added.

“With this partnership, we will use our global platform to elevate this new generation of fearless young female drivers, and open up the traditionally male-dominated world of motorsport to even more talented young women.”

French driver Lola Lovinfosse will sport a Charlotte Tilbury racing suit and helmet while driving a Rodin Motorsport car wrapped in the company’s signature Hot Lips branding.

Lovinfosse, 18, finished 10th in the 2023 championship, which was the inaugural year of the series.

It followed a 2022 Reuters report, which noted that women made up around 40% of F1 viewership, an 8% increase from 2017.

“Our message to them is simple: dare to dream.”

The category was created to develop young female drivers with dreams of racing against the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Ricciardo in Formula 1.

It provides the 15 athletes with access to track time and support with technical, physical, and
mental preparations needed to compete at the highest level in motorsport.
