After a thrilling week of UEFA Champions League quarterfinal first legs, we now approach the conclusion of the round, and we’ll know the 4 semifinalists by Wednesday evening. In the other tie, Atletico Madrid secured a 2-1 lead but Borussia Dortmund did score a late consolation to make it all to play for. Our soccer experts have their Champions League picks and best bets for each of those games, with both scheduled to kick off at 3:00 pm ET on Tuesday on Paramount+. Barcelona vs PSG best bet: Barcelona ML (+115)
Barcelona edged a frenetic first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal tie with PSG 3-2 at the Parc des Princes last Wednesday and they can finish the job at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys Stadium. Having taken the lead earlier in the Game through Raphinha, Barcelona responded from 2-1 down in the French capital to claim a crucial first-leg advantage against PSG. They followed that with a 1-0 win on the road to Cadiz in La Liga on Saturday and the Catalan giants look a solid bet to win the second leg.
PSG have had the weekend off in Ligue 1 but that may work against them. Barca were able to stretch their winning streak to 6 games in all competitions on Saturday, keeping them warm for Tuesday’s second leg. PSG, meanwhile, could be a touch raw and they are winless in their last 2, having been held to a 1-1 tie by bottom team Clermont Foot in their previous league game.

Borussia Dortmund vs Atletico Madrid best bet: Borussia Dortmund ML (+120)
An 81st-minute strike from Sebastien Haller in the first leg kept alive Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League quarterfinal matchup with Atletico Madrid and Die Schwarzgelben can make home advantage count in the second leg. Dortmund looked especially nervy in the opening stages of the first leg and were 2-0 down after 32 minutes against Atleti at the Wanda Metropolitano, following goals from Rodrigo De Paul and Samuel Lino. But as the Game progressed, Dortmund grew into it and they saw 67 percent of the ball in the Spanish capital. They managed to breach Atleti with 9 minutes remaining and it is all to play for heading to Germany. This time around Dortmund will benefit from having the famous Yellow Wall behind them and they have generally enjoyed a pretty strong 2024. That can be enough to see them secure the win inside 90 minutes.
