The Celtics have everything wrapped up with nothing to play for this final week. I expect the Celtics to rest some players against the Bucks. Who that will be is still to be determined, but even if they do play their starters, they won't be pushing big minutes, even if the game is close. There's a clear emphasis on keeping the players engaged in games but having their minutes hover in that 27-30-minute window.

On Sunday, the Celtics were only up eight points in the fourth quarter, and Joe Mazzulla used a full bench lineup in the final frame. Also, if you're the Celtics, why even put anything on film for the Bucks in a Game that doesn't have any meaning? Let the Bucks empty the playbook because they need wins, but why would you reciprocate with the playoffs right around the corner?

If this were the NBA playoffs and the Bucks were a 1-point home favorite over the Celtics, I would 100% be backing the Celtics at those odds, but Tuesday's game is a much different scenario. Recently, Mazzulla continuously allowed Kristaps Porzingis to guard Dejounte Murray one-on-one against the Atlanta Hawks just for practice. With how the Celtics are managing minutes down the stretch, I like the Over 114.5 team total for the Bucks.

The Celtics are keeping their minutes down by simply having the starters forego their fourth-quarter shift. The Celtics aren't necessarily decreasing their minutes throughout the entire game to have them land in that window of 27-30 minutes.

With that being said, I'm adding the Bucks to win the race to 25+ points in the fourth quarter. There's a very real possibility the Bucks' starters will be facing an entire bench unit in the fourth quarter, regardless of the score.
