Celtic fans are gearing up for a momentous end to the campaign that will hopefully conclude with a domestic double arriving at Paradise.

Brendan Rodgers’ men have six matches left to go in the Scottish Premiership, and know that winning their remaining games would guarantee league title glory come May.

In the Scottish Cup, the Bhoys take on Aberdeen at the semi-final stage on April 20th. Should they emerge victorious, a showpiece occasion at Hampden will be at stake in the final against one of Rangers or Heart of Midlothian on May 25th.

Of course, this date also coincides with the 57th anniversary of the Lisbon Lions’ extraordinary work; meanwhile, it also feeds nicely into the Celtic Legends vs Borussia Dortmund Legends charity game, pencilled in for the following day at Parkhead.

Organised by the Celtic FC Foundation, funds raised from the exhibition match will go towards food provision in multiple locations around the UK and Ireland. Dundee Cancer Centre at Ninewells Hospital are also set to receive a donation.

Scott Brown has been drafted in to captain the Hoops, who will also have Emilio Izaguirre present in the back four. Paul Lambert and Tom Boyd are in the home dugout, with more icons set to be announced in the coming weeks.

Now, another familiar face has been confirmed for the exciting day of action at Paradise, for which tickets are widely available via the official Celtic website.

He stated [Celtic FC official website]: “I’m really excited to get out on the pitch again. I’ve been up for a couple of games before but this will be the first time putting the kit on again at Celtic Park.

“Going into the changing room, going out for the warm-up and going out and playing a Game – I can’t wait. Even being back in Glasgow again will be great.

“It’ll be a good reunion with some of my old team-mates, and having Browny as the skipper again, so I’m really excited – even I have to listen to him one more time in the Huddle!”

Tickets are now on general sale, so why not get yourself to Parkhead for what is set to be an excitement-filled day on May 26th?
