Previously, in a series of tweets, Musk had stated that Apple had cut its Twitter advertising and had threatened to remove the app from Apple's AppStore.
Later, the CEOs of both companies met and resolved the misunderstandings.
As of now, however, Twitter, Apple and Amazon have not released any official statements.
Twitter has been struggling to maintain its profits as its ad revenue dropped massively post Musk's takeover, resulting in the company opting for mass layoffs.
